Frequently Asked Questions
How do I delete my account?
In-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Before deletion, export any subscription data you wish to keep via Settings → Data Export. After deletion, all cloud data is removed from production within 30 days; residual backup copies are overwritten in routine rotation (up to 90 days). Account deletion is irreversible.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
iOS: System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → CyberLife → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro access until then. For refunds, submit a request through Apple via Apple Report a Problem.
How do I export my subscription data?
In-app: Settings → Data Export. You can export all your subscription records as JSON or CSV.
Sync isn't working — what should I do?
Free tier (iCloud sync): make sure your devices are signed into the same Apple ID and iCloud is enabled. Pro tier (cross-platform sync): make sure your account is signed in and you have a working network connection. If issues persist, email support@sixpawcat.com with screenshots.
